Join us for another Songbird Sessions featuring virtuoso violinist, multi‑instrumentalist & singer‑songwriter Jenny Bliss and Sufi‑inspired artist Sarah Curtis for an intimate evening of soul‑nourishing original songs, and a few well‑loved covers.

Held in the beautiful space of St Benedict’s Church, this Songbird Session invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and be moved in a welcoming space.

​

As always, Sarah will open the evening, accompanying herself on harp, guitar, and piano and the after the interval, we welcome our special guest Jenny Bliss, who will share a set of her beautiful songs and instrumental music.

 

Jenny is well known across Glastonbury and the local music circuit, performing with the instrumental folk band Maythorne and her own medieval‑synth project SpaceQueen Baroque. She studied music in London, has taken masterclasses in violin and cello, and is a former member of the Medieval Baebes. Jenny has performed all over the world, including Versailles and Glastonbury Festival. Her playing has is out of this world and we are delighted to welcome her as our guest to Songbird Sessions.
